What are the sessions like?
Our sessions focus on strength training using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight before a short, fun finisher which often involves some cardio machines or core work. Don't worry if you're new to weights, you're in just the right place! We will coach you through safe lifting technique for your squats, deadlifts, presses, pull-ups and more!

Who are you?
I'm Jaz, Personal Trainer, Founder of Uplift London and lover of strength training! I found strength training over seven years ago and fell in love with feeling stronger, healthier and empowered through finding a form of exercise that I actually enjoyed and which focused on what my body CAN do, rather than just how it looks.
What is Uplift all about?
Exactly this. Getting you strong AF builds your confidence inside and outside the gym and makes you FEEL amazing and empowered. We will never demand that you step on the scales or restrict yourself, we want you to FEEL strong, healthy and confident. Our small group training sessions allow you to benefit from the close coaching and accountability of having a 1-1 trainer but whilst allowing you to benefit from more training, enjoyment and results!

About The Founder
I'm Jaz, Personal Trainer, Founder of Uplift London and lover of strength training! I found strength training over seven years ago and fell in love with feeling stronger, healthier and empowered through finding a form of exercise that I actually enjoyed and which focused on what my body CAN do, rather than just how it looks.
As a full-time Personal Trainer, I have found that my clients get much better results the more they train with me. However, 1-1 Personal Training is costly and other class options just don't compare in quality, accountability or privacy. Uplift provides the best of both from these two popular options.
